The Fat Beehive Foundation is a company limited by guarantee (11623805) and a UK registered charity (1185586) that provides grants to small charities. Our registered office is at 10a Lant Street, London, SE1 1QR.

The basis for processing your personal data includes, but is not limited to, your consent, performance of a contract, to enable us to assess and process grants we assign and to contact you for customer service purposes.

What information do we collect?

Non-Personal Information, such as IP address, pages viewed and files downloaded. This helps us to monitor the site’s performance, determine how many people visit the site, identify what pages are most popular, and how regularly people visit. This helps us create a better experience for visitors.

Personal Information, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, is only collected in connection with specific activities, such as grant applications.

What happens to your personal information?

Your information may be passed internally within the Fat Beehive Foundation and our professional advisers at Fat Beehive Ltd as part of the grant assessment process. Both of these organisations are bound by strict confidentiality codes and any information shared will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties,  held longer than necessary, or used for any other purpose.

Unless we have your express consent, we will only disclose personal data to external third parties if this is required for the purpose of completing your transaction with us. We ensure that all such external third parties have sound data protection policies and systems.
